Tell us about your dance bag.
I carry a Billabong backpack that I got at a surf shop in Florida. I got a backpack because it’s easiest for me to carry and I chose this bag because it reminds me of one of my favorite places.
What are your three dance bag essentials?
My three dance bag essentials would have to be my airpods, my lip balm, and my essential oils. I don’t use just any lip balm though, it has to be Bath and Body Works My Favorite Night Balm.
What would we be surprised to find in your dance bag?
For about a year now I’ve been carrying my disposable camera around in my dance bag. I try to always have it with me to capture moments and I’m almost always at the studio.
What's your favorite snack after dance class?
Chips and salsa are my favorites. One thing I cannot live without in my dance bag are my chocolate chip ZBars.
Which pointe shoe do you wear?
I wear Freed Classic Pro 90 and I have tried every style of Freed and those are my favorite. I also have never worn anything but Freeds. My favorite makers are butterfly, crown, and maltese cross. I try not to do much to my shoes before I wear them because they always die really fast - but I do use lots of jet glue.
What’s your must-have training tool?
I have to have my spikes ball stick with me everyday. The first thing I do everyday to warm up is roll out my whole legs with it.
